Our refund policy allows for you to return any item within seven days with a copy of the receipt for a full refund. After seven days items may be returned for store credit. The Vero Beach Book Center aims to be fair with our online shipping prices. Most books we ship online are priced at a flat rate of $5.00 to ship via Priority Mail within the Continental USA. Of course multiple items will usually be packaged together and will enjoy a discounted shipping rate. Most items are shipped via a padded envelope to insure that the book arrives safely to your door. We can accommodate expedited shipping via FedEx if you wish. It is usually best to call us so that we can make the proper arrangements.
